DAD

Dad, on this Father's Day there is so much that I want to say, but none of my words seem to fulfill the task. I am grateful for all that you have done for me throughout my life. I can recall countless sacrifices that you made for us...and I am sure there are twice as many that I never knew. You have always been a man of gentleness and patience. You never took a strong-armed approach with us, even though we deserved it. You have always been the encourager from the sideline. I know you always wrestled with what you believed to be your short comings as a dad...but all we I can remember are your victories. Most of all you shared your faith.

Thanks for being my DAD.
